The Private Sector Subcontracting Regulatory Authority (ARSP) has taken a major step forward in upgrading its services. Through an official statement, the public body confirmed the full digitalisation of the process for issuing the Subcontracting Certificate, a crucial document for companies active in this field.
Led by ARSP Director General Juan Ted Beleshayi Kasanda, this reform is designed to speed up application processing through complete digitalisation of procedures, from submission to certificate issuance.
The goal is to gradually cut processing times to seven days and eventually down to seventy-two hours, the ARSP statement explained.
Certificates will now be issued electronically and can be printed directly by holders. Each document is secured with a QR code for instant authenticity checks, and the list of valid certificates is available on the institution’s official website.
At the launch of this reform, the first digital certificates were awarded to seven companies: Maskan Services SARL, Panafriva SARLU, Nkael Services SARL, Mag Contractor SARL, Entreprise Générale Invest SARL, Liele Global Investment Corporation SARL, and Perceve SARL.
The ARSP also announced a major innovation: the validity period of certificates increases from three to five years, for both new applications and renewals.
Through this reform, the ARSP reaffirms its commitment to modernising services, simplifying procedures for economic operators, and contributing to a better business climate, the public body emphasised.
