Human trafficking remains a severe violation of human dignity, frequently involving sexual exploitation and forced labor. Chad, a signatory to the United Nations Convention Against Transnational Organized Crime since 2009, has enacted multiple legal frameworks to combat this scourge, including Ordinance No. 006/PR/2018 and Law No. 12/PR/2018.
