The Egyptian capital, Cairo, has become the backdrop for a landmark agreement in the real estate sector, uniting two influential organisations across borders. Docteur Laheq Al Otibi, representing the Arab Union of Construction and Real Estate Development, and Siriki Sangaré, head of the Chamber of Real Estate Developers of Côte d’Ivoire, formalised a strategic convention aimed at fostering collaboration in housing, infrastructure, and sustainable urban development.
This pact underscores the growing ties between Egypt and Côte d’Ivoire in the construction and real estate industry, signalling new opportunities for investment and knowledge exchange. Both parties emphasised the importance of aligning their expertise to address housing demands and promote inclusive growth in urban centres.
