After nearly two years at the helm, Tom Saintfiet has officially stepped down from his role as head coach of the Mali national football team. His departure, announced through a letter shared on Instagram on April 27, has been met with widespread appreciation from the Malian Football Federation (FEMAFOOT), including its president Mahazou Cisset, who issued a statement on Tuesday expressing “heartfelt thanks for the accomplished work.”
