This significant gathering, themed « The digital ecosystem in Mali: current situation, challenges, and prospects for successful digital transformation », brings together numerous stakeholders to address the evolving landscape impacting public administrations, private enterprises, and essential services for the populace.

Represented in Bamako are the Ministry of Communication and New Information Technologies, the National Agency for the Information Society (ANSI), the Electronic Communications and Post Regulatory Authority (ARCEP), Niger Poste, and the Advanced School of Electronic Communications and Post (ESCEP-Niger).
