Earlier, the Algerian Prime Minister joined Niger’s Prime Minister, Ali Mahamane Lamine Zeine, for the official launch of the newly commissioned 40-megawatt plant. The project, completed in under three months since groundbreaking on March 24, underscores the urgency and efficiency driving both nations’ commitment to delivering vital infrastructure.
