His Majesty the King has approved the appointment of two additional members to the Superior Council of the Judiciary, reinforcing the institution’s leadership with experienced legal figures.

Mr. Mohamed Abdennabaoui, already serving as first president of the Court of Cassation, has been reappointed for a second term in this role. In his capacity as head of the highest judicial body, he will also serve as delegated president of the Superior Council of the Judiciary. Joining him are two new appointees: Mrs. Latifa El Harradji and Mr. Nadir El Moumni, who have been officially sworn in before His Majesty the King.

Additionally, His Majesty has extended the mandates of Mr. Farid El Bacha, Mr. Mohamed Zouak, and Mr. Mohamed Ennasser, all of whom will continue their service on the Council for a second term.
