From June 29 to July 1, 2026, Libreville will host an international assessment mission as part of Gabon’s second cycle of reviews under the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC). The delegation, comprising experts from the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), Chad, and Libya, will evaluate the country’s progress in preventing corruption and recovering illicit assets.
