On Wednesday in Conakry, Persis Lionel Essono Ondo, the newly accredited extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Republic of Gabon, presented his credentials to Morissanda Kouyaté, Guinea’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Integration, and Guineans Abroad.
