This was revealed during the evaluation workshop held on Wednesday, 24 June 2026 in Kribi, bringing together members of the board of directors, the general assembly, BVMAC, and the brokerage firms supporting Aéroports Du Cameroun (ADC S.A.) in its listing process.
The workshop, which also included ADC directors and several deputy directors, focused on presenting the stock market listing process led by Patrick Mbarga, head of the Management Control Division, followed by a progress assessment conducted by Deloitte and Touche, NYA and CO, and SDB EMERALD Securities Services Bourse S.A.
This first phase of evaluation concluded with an address by the Director General of the Central African Stock Exchange (BVMAC), who expressed satisfaction with ADC’s progress. According to him, at this stage ADC S.A. is already ready for its stock market introduction, and specifically in the premium category.
