Ousmane Sonko, President of the National Assembly, has expressed his deep sorrow upon learning of the death of Serigne Abdou Bakhi Mbacke, the Khalife of the Khassim Mbacke family in Guinguinéo, who passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2026.
