Speaking at the event, officials underscored the importance of fostering pan-African collaboration in cultural diplomacy. Rabat, already recognized as a UNESCO Creative City for Crafts and Folk Arts, was praised for its strategic role in advancing the CAC mission.

The new facility will host exhibitions, workshops, and policy dialogues aimed at strengthening ties between member cities. Delegates from 20 participating nations attended, reflecting the initiative’s growing influence since its launch in 2021.

As the host of the headquarters, Morocco reaffirms its commitment to nurturing cultural exchange and sustainable development through the arts. The building itself embodies modern Moroccan architecture, blending traditional motifs with contemporary design.
