Niamey, June 4, 2026 — The Military Prytaneum of Niamey (PMN) celebrated its highest-achieving students during a prestigious awards ceremony on Thursday, marking the close of the 2025-2026 academic year. Under the distinguished patronage of the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, General of Division Salaou Barmou, the event highlighted the academic prowess of the institution’s cadets who stood out throughout the school year.
The ceremony honored students ranked first in each grade level, from sixth grade to high school. By recognizing these achievements, school leaders emphasized the core values of merit, dedication, and discipline, which are central to the PMN’s rigorous training philosophy.
