As President of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF), Mr. Lekjaa highlighted the strategic vision that has driven this transformation. He traced its origins back to the Royal Message delivered during the inaugural National Sports Symposium, which laid the foundation for a bold approach to youth development. This initiative gained further momentum with the establishment of the Mohammed VI Football Academy, a pioneering institution dedicated to nurturing the next generation of talent. The success of this program has since catalyzed comprehensive football development across the country, positioning Morocco as a beacon of youth empowerment in the region.
