The Malian government has unveiled a financial incentive ranging from 500 million to 2 billion FCFA for credible and actionable intelligence that leads to the arrest or neutralization of seven individuals suspected of terrorist activities.
This announcement was made public through an official statement issued by General Daoud Aly Mohammedine, Minister of Security and Civil Protection. The initiative aims to bolster the nation’s counterterrorism efforts and safeguard public safety.
The seven fugitives are accused of playing central roles in planning, organizing, or executing attacks that have endangered both civilian lives and property across Mali.

- Hamadoun Hassan Sangaré (alias Amadou Kouffa or Môbbô)
- Abdoulaye Mamadou Bakaye Diallo (alias Jouleybib de Nampala or Sidi)
- Alghabass Ag Intalla
- Sedan Ag Hita (aliases include Outhman Al Ansari, Abdel Hakim Al Kidali, Al Qayrawani)
- Bilal Ag Acherif
- Abderrahmane Al-Batna Al-Jazairi
Government authorities emphasized that these individuals remain the subject of ongoing investigations due to their alleged involvement in multiple terrorist operations across the country.
The authorities have urged citizens to remain vigilant and to collaborate closely with defense and security forces. Anyone possessing information that could aid in locating or apprehending these suspects is strongly encouraged to share it with the appropriate agencies.
This latest announcement comes as military operations against armed terrorist groups continue across several regions of Mali.
