The strategic role of the Port of Cotonou in supplying Burkina Faso was notably emphasized, alongside the urgent need to enhance the efficiency of transport corridors. They agreed to expedite preparations for the fifth session of the Joint High Commission on Cooperation and finalize pending agreements. The leaders also celebrated the seamless integration of their respective communities, reaffirming the deep historical and human ties that bind their peoples together.

The state visit concluded with an official invitation from the Beninese President to his Burkinabè counterpart, signaling a fresh momentum toward shared prosperity and regional integration.
