The Champions League final between Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal is set to captivate football fans worldwide. While the Parc des Princes will be closed for supporters, Île-de-France offers plenty of alternatives to experience the match with fellow enthusiasts.
outdoor gathering spots for an electrifying atmosphere
For those craving the excitement of a stadium crowd, head to Saint-Germain-en-Laye. The historic Camp des Loges, the birthplace of PSG, will host up to 8,000 fans. The event, organized by the local municipality, opens at 3:30 PM with access via the main entrance of Georges-Lefèvre stadium. Former players are also expected to join the celebration.
Another prime location is the Longchamp racecourse, where a massive garden party awaits from 2 PM to 6 PM. DJ sets and lounge areas will set the mood before the match kicks off on a 30-meter-wide giant screen. Additional screenings are scheduled at YOYO – Palais de Tokyo and Loft Maillot.
indoor venues for a more relaxed experience
If you prefer to avoid the heat or outdoor crowds, the legendary Grand Rex cinema in Paris offers two dedicated halls. Expect a true stadium-like vibe with top-tier sound systems, pre-match entertainment, and an electric atmosphere to cheer on the players. Organizers promise an unforgettable experience akin to the stands of Parc des Princes.
The local association Y’A RIEN ÇA JOUE is hosting a free screening at the Centre Paris Anim’ Jacques Bravo in the 9th arrondissement. The evening will feature match screenings, interactive activities, and a bar area. Entry is free but requires registration. Doors open at 5:30 PM.
The 17th arrondissement town hall is also curating a special screening. While details are still being finalized, access will be strictly by pre-registration due to security constraints. Sign-ups are open now, with further instructions to be sent to registered participants.
fan zones making a comeback across the region
Several municipalities are setting up official fan zones, including two in the Yvelines department:
- Le Perray-en-Yvelines: The municipal park welcomes supporters from 4:30 PM with giant screen projections, drinks, and food options.
- Conflans-Sainte-Honorine: The Priory Park opens at 5:30 PM, also offering a giant screen, refreshments, and limited capacity of 2,000 attendees.
Épinay-sur-Seine in Seine-Saint-Denis is organizing a football-themed evening in the Town Hall Park with food trucks and open access. Prohibited items include bottles, chairs, flagpoles, and fireworks. The Noisy-le-Grand gardens will also host a screening starting at 5 PM. Early arrival is advised as zones may close if overcrowded.
