The OHADA Club at Abdou Moumouni University of Niamey (UAM/FSJP), in partnership with the International Committee of the OHADA Genius in Buds Competition (CIGHO), has launched the National Excellence Competition in OHADA Law 2026.
This prestigious contest is open to all third-year Bachelor’s and Master’s students from public and private universities across Niger, as well as students from accounting schools. The initiative aims to foster legal excellence and deepen understanding of OHADA’s unified business law framework.
Who can participate?
- Law students (Bachelor’s and Master’s)
- Economics students (Bachelor’s and Master’s)
- Students from the Justice Section of the National School of Administration (ENA)
Key participation rules
- Teams must consist of three candidates.
- Each team must include at least one female participant.
- Registrations close on 15 June 2026 at 5:00 PM.
Selection stages
Written exams:
- Multiple-choice questions (MCQ)
- Questions on African integration
- ‘Who am I?’ challenge
- Relay questions
Oral round:
- Pleadings before a jury
