The government of Chad has announced a series of strategic leadership changes within the Ministry of Public Security, reshaping key departments to enhance operational efficiency and governance.

In a formal statement, the reshuffle highlights the appointment of Mahamat Koty Abdraman as the new Director of the General Directorate of User Reception Centers. He takes over from First Grade Police Controller Ismail Moussa Fadoul Sawa, who has been reassigned to another critical role elsewhere in the security apparatus.

Additionally, the Ministry has appointed Khassim Taha Bouri as the Director of the Department of Administrative Affairs, Equipment, and Personnel. His predecessor, Mahamoud Dakou Abdramane, has also been reassigned to a new position within the public administration.

The changes reflect a broader effort to modernize security operations and streamline administrative processes in Chad. While the specifics of the new assignments remain undisclosed, these strategic moves are expected to bolster the ministry’s capacity to address evolving public safety challenges.
