In his opening remarks, Jean Ernest Masséna Ngallé Bibéhè, Cameroon’s Minister of Transport, praised the unwavering commitment of the three countries’ top leadership. « The momentum generated by our three countries is not only encouraging but set to gather even greater speed, » he stated, while also addressing the case of a Cameroonian driver detained in Chad, urging a fraternal resolution.

« For Chad and the Central African Republic, both reliant on Cameroonian ports, the efficiency of the Douala and Kribi corridors is directly tied to market supply, logistics cost control and the overall competitiveness of our economies, » she explained.
