During the World Cup festivities, the city of Atlanta and the Kingdom of Morocco have moved to deepen their cooperation. Both parties recently signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at expanding their economic and industrial relations.
The agreement, concluded between the Atlanta Economic Development Agency and the Moroccan Agency for Investment and Export Development (AMDIE), focuses on investments, trade, logistics, and the exchange of expertise.
Representatives from both sides highlighted the World Cup’s role as a catalyst for new forms of collaboration between the two territories, each described as a strategic gateway to its respective region.
